Tai Chi for Beginners

Tai chi is an art embracing the mind, body and spirit. Originating in ancient China, tai chi is one of the most effective exercises for health of mind and body. Although an art with great depth of knowledge and skill, it is easy to learn and will soon deliver its health benefits as long as you manage to move slowly enough. For many, it continues as a lifetime journey.
 

 
At APTOS-APOIS 2024, we will organize a tai chi class for beginners for delegates to experience first-hand the ancient Chinese philosophy of Taoism. Details are given as follows:

The tai chi class for beginners will be conducted in English. Please sign up for it beforehand by adding ‘Tai Chi Class for Beginners’ as an add-on while you register for APTOS-APOIS 2024. The class is completely free. If you had not chosen the add-on while you registered, you can always go back to edit your registration and add the item to your cart. Click here to sign up now.
 
Please note that you can only sign up for either the tai chi class or the wing chun class. Please be sure to wear approximate clothing and sports shoes while attending the class.
